Entretien
First you must submit an online application. It consists of about 50 questions about internet and all things surrounding it. Then you will get a phone call if you make above a 70 on the online test. The phone call will consist of setting up your in person interview and a few pop questions they throw at you at the end. These are a little more detailed so you might want to brush up on internet knowledge before answering. Next you go in for an in person interview and you immediately take a timed typing test. If you pass that you will meet for an interview. This was very basic. Tell me about yourself, describe what being successful is, etc.

Entretien
The interview was quick and painless. We discuss prior customer service experience and what this job consist of~phone support for customers. the interview was 20 minutes long. The interview was quick and easy. We dicuss the future of Telenetworks, which is doing phone support for other internet service providers.
