The interview process was chaotic, everything felt very last minute and didn’t have a whole lot of structure (which is not necessarily a bad thing). The individuals I spoke with were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, but I’m not sure they knew what they were looking for and it made the interviews a little difficult to navigate. However, OneShield ghosted me after several interviews so I guess that tells me everything I need to know.
