First I got a call from OnePlus HR and interview was scheduled for the weekend. 1st round went well.
I was called for a second round after 15 days with their Chinese Manager. After that same day I had HR discussion.
After around 20 days got a call from HR asking me to share documents. I did on the same day.
Since then for more than a month I kept following up with HR who gave the same reply "Your candidature is in Progress". After 15 days or so, when called them again, the HR told due to budget issues and all we are not doing any hirings. What the h**l.
They wasted almost 2 months.!

Applied for the position , got a call from HR and got the technical screening (so called) 1st round interview, had an positive outcome the interview went very well though. Was told that HR will inform further . After 3 days I get a call once again from HR to schedule one more interview round . Attend the same , I was the first to be interviewed , and everything went pretty well , I answered all the questions that were threw at me distinctly. The interviewer seemed happy and convinced .Iwas asked to fill an 3 page persona test ( rating self in certain senarios ) . Once filled was made to wait like 15-20 min and then the interviewer comes out and tells that will be informed in a week about the results . A week passed , no response second week passed on, again no response at the third week I myself called the HR to enquire about the status . I was kept on hold. Finally when I could contact the exact person in-charge I was told that if you don't not any response that means not selected for HR round. It was really a joke ! It's better to inform the candidate about the status that keep him neglected. I request the OnePlus staff if any one found to be reading this. "Do not waste the candidates time by just your arrogance ".
