Entretien
I went through two interviews and met with the district manager and the branch manager. The questions were very situation based and not technical. No prior finance knowledge was necessary but they were looking for a college degree
The interview process was very smooth and asked a lot of questions that portrayed to working with others and past experience at other companies. Overall, a great experience with the company.

It was professional and process was fast. Two higher management interviews . Got the offer the next day. Questions are more about management style and the job was explicitly explained

Entretien
Put in an application, and within a few days I got a call. The call was more like an informal interview with a few questions around my resume. When the call was almost over got invited to an in person interview with a Branch Manager, and District Manager. Questions were that of the STAR method. I got a call back later that day with a formal offer.
