First was an intro call, then a behavioral assessment that will tell them how to work with you if you get hired. Then another assessment called the "predictive index" that they use to qualify or disqualify candidates in the interview process. One day before my second call I received a generic email saying "Thanks for applying, but we are moving with a different candidate." without taking to me at all. This is really disappointing because this company has great reviews here on Glassdoor.

I participated in two virtual interviews. Both interviewers were exceptionally friendly and professional. Interviews lasted 45-60 minutes. Communication was great before, during, and after the interviews. It seems like a lot of care and attention goes into their selection process. I was applying for a role fairly different to my previous experience and did not receive an offer, but was left with a positive impression of the company.
