Emailed resume on company's website. Applied online. Did two phone screens before being invited out for an in person interview. The first phone screen lasted about an 1 and half.

They asked about the compensation and what I was looking for. Also asked how would I plan my week.

Entretien
I applied on line, I received a phone call from HR. I was given a phone interview and was told I would hear back from them in the next couple of days. Two days later HR called and set up a one on one interview with the district manager. After a few day, to a week I received a call from the Manager and was asked a few follow up questions. A few days later, I was offered a position.
