My biggest negative to my experience with one and all was that essentially they questioned if I would enjoy the position and made it seem as though because I had experience with direct mail that I was over qualified. They also did not call or email me back to update me on the position after I had 3 interviews and had followed up with them. Huge waste of time in my opinion.
