They accidentally e-mailed me before the interview telling me my application was no longer being considered. After the interview, I received the same e-mail but unfinished. Unprofessional? Weird? I don't think I'll apply to any more positions here....

This was a phone interview that lasted roughly 30 minutes. Asked basic questions about project management experience and international development knowledge. We discussed the new program and how it might grow in the next couple of years, though the HR person had a variety of programs to keep straight.
