I had an online interview and then an in person interview where I had to give a demo lesson to the interviewer. Luckily they give you the materials to prepare for the lesson in advance through email. I had job interviews for the same position that gave me a textbook and random lesson to prepare in 5 minutes so this was much better. The final part was going to one of the schools and sitting in on an actual lesson.

its okay, relatively easy and not too hard. definitely something anyone can pass with ease as long as they are not weird. right? because thats normal. so try your best and most likely youll pass

Interview was in two parts, first online interview they ask basic questions such as what brought you to Japan and your visa type.
Second interview is in their main office you give a demonstration lesson and they ask you some follow up questions to determine if you will be a good fit.
