The interview process was a really friendly and positive experience, I felt really welcomed and it was nice that the interviews are conducted by Senior Members of staff. The interview was a 1:1 interview that felt relaxed, inviting and more of a chat to understand about me and my experience and for them to share the ethos behind One Call.
