The interview process consisted of me filling out paperwork for the job. They don't interview anyone. If someone wants a job they give it to them. Oh, I did take a drug test.

Okay for starters they had us waiting for an hour. Very unprofessional! The interview process was unprofessional as well. He asked were there any questions. ? That was it. He gave us paperwork for a background check and drug test.

It was very easy, no real questions were asked just about my previous experience and if I had experience with customer service. I was a previous driver for the company. So he already knew I was a great employee.
