Thank you for our review on your recent interview experience for the Project Manager role with OnDeck. While we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every candidate, we understand that occasionally we may miss the mark. Specifically, it is never our intention to deliver anything other than an authentic, exciting and challenging interview experience with highly engaged team members.
However, it’s possible you may have misunderstood, or we miscommunicated, the reason you were not selected for the role. We have not hired anyone internally for our Project Management team specifically. It’s true we promote career development and hiring internally regularly at OnDeck, and support the development of our team members through their exploration into other careers within the company. We have no intention of wasting our time or the time of our job seekers discussing career opportunities that will inevitably be filled internally.
