Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez On The Stage
Entretien
First interview is a conversation about the role with the sales team lead.
Second interview is a mock call with the same lead and the SDR lead.
Final interview is a conversation with the team, VP of sales, and president.
Overall, the conversation seemed pretty natural. The president asked questions that I was not expecting nor made since in terms of the role. He was also late to our meeting. There seems to be a disconnect between the team members, the leads, and the executives.
I took the job because I believed the company’s mission lined up with my career goals.

Email reply to online job application from HR to schedule 15 min phone screen. Post-call email the following day to schedule a zoom interview with two senior sales members, which lasted 30 minutes. Next business day there was a email that offered a final day of interviews, one a group call with the sales team, and the second one was a 30 minute zoom call with VP of sales. Most of the questions throughout this process was quite templated, i.e. described challenges, successes, why you are drawn to the role. After following up with VP of sales I received an automated rejection email from the HR email. From application to rejection email was just under a months time.
