Approach on Linkedin, then phone call with HR, then with hiring manager, then they flew me over to have face to face interviews.
In total, I had 5 interviews, including ones with founders of On. Very positive discussions, it seems to be a very interesting company, with a fast growth.
They made their decision very quick, 2-3 days.

One will go through 5-8 interviews with a case study related to your work. He/she will chat with the direct report and the stakeholders of your tasks. The whole interview process would take around 2 months to finish.
