Il processo di selezione è articolato in due colloqui conoscitivi in cui viene testata anche la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Tra un colloquio e l’altro è passata una settimana circa per poi ricevere il feedback qualche giorno dopo.

3 rounds of interview in total, 1st round with HR, 2nd round with hiring manager, 3rd round with senior director. HR was very efficient in sending follow ups and scheduling interviews. Process was relatively smooth and it seems like the hiring manager already knows your capability by looking at your resume

Had a phone call with HR, followed by a face to face interview with the manager and director in the office (very far, next to MediaCorp). The face to face meeting with 2 hiring managers lasted for an hour, good vibes and even ended with an office tour by one of the manager. She even said that she look forward to seeing me in the office.
But no follow-ups from HR or anyone in the hiring team after 1 month of last interview. Dropped the HR emails and even direct messages but no replies at all. Can’t believe that such an established company can be so unprofessional.
Colloquio abbastanza informale e conoscitivo. Ho fatto un unico step con il direttore della unit. Il tutto è durato una mezz’ora, quindi semplice. L’offerta, poi, è arrivata dopo 3/4 giorni
