It was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. I received a Calendly link via email and scheduled myself. The interview was easier then I expected, but I have a feeling that they decided to hire internally, since they gave me a warning at the beginning of the interview that they already had someone else in mind and that they were finalizing their decision soon. Unfair, but I appreciated the transparency and the fact that they still followed through with the interview.
