Three part interview process - Virtual (over Teams) prescreen with Area HR Director, Virtual (over Teams) interview with General Manager (i.e. hiring manager), and in-person informal interview with leaders. The two virtual interviews were under one hour. The last informal interview was about 3-4 hours of meeting various leaders that I would have supported. None of the interviewers had interview questions. Very casual conversation. It seemed they were assessing for chemistry. One even said “welcome to the team.” Interview questions were not in the STAR format for all three interviews. The General Manager shared that training and development is needed and shared company perks (i.e. free lunch/dinner and parking, etc.).
