We basically had to apply and we were somebody to call us up .They asked us a few questions about ourselves and what we potentially wanted to do in the future
Easy and straightforward questions about the position that most surrounded customer service and my past experiences as a lifeguard. Was able to conduct the interview completely via phone call. Previous certification isn’t necessary because they retrain you.

Very organized and I felt like i could talk to them forever and they were very respectful and genuine and when it came to the actual interview they had everything ready and prepared.

Entretien
The interview process took a while but overall it came out great because I got hired. The process could’ve been faster but it was nice to get interviewed on the spot and face to face.
