The interview was arranged it with CCO of the company and the Solution Delivery director who never appeared in the meeting . The CCO appeared with a tracksuit with a delay of 40 minutes and ask me why I wear suit. (No explanation provided for the missing person and the delay) After a short introduction of my career path we made a switch of the language from Greek to English. The whole process was questionnaire based . The role requiring native English speaker for US /Canada Market where it not described in the job advertisement The CCO made some remarks for the person which was in these role and wasn't native English speaker and that was the reason that they want someone else. The interview finished with a demonstration of their product a description of the company culture . The company culture summarized in the phrase ,"if you don't get salary raise after 12 months you are get fired."
