This is Thad, the CEO of Ombud. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback that interviewing with Ombud was a negative experience for you. Your experience is never the impact I wish to have on candidates, and I am sorry you walked away feeling as though we had not connected. My intent behind my interview questions is to understand each candidate's story - what brought you to Ombud and why you are looking to join our team. The goal behind our Customer Success Analyst position is to provide an entry-level opportunity to join the Denver tech community, and most of our CSAs joined Ombud as part of a career change. In an effort to support that important decision, I want to understand where candidates are coming from and how Ombud can help them achieve their goals.
