1. Application Review / Initial Screening
After submitting your application or resume, the hiring team reviews it to see if your skills, experience, and qualifications match the job description.
2. Phone Screening / Initial Interview
This is usually a short (10-20 minute) phone or virtual interview with a recruiter or the hiring manager
3. In-Person or Video Interview
If you pass the initial screening, you’ll be invited for an in-person or video interview, often with the gym’s general manager or department head.
