I had a very positive experience interviewing with Ollie. The process was well organized and the communication from the recruiting team was clear and timely throughout each step. The interview process was split into 3 tiers: Initial conversation with HR, 1.5 hour interview with direct managers, and a soft-skills assessment. The process went fairly quickly and I felt well informed throughout its entirety.
