Very straightforward process. Simple questions about data concepts and determining if I was a good culture fit. Nothing overly complicated; everyone was very engaging and seemed interested in my background. The main focus seems to be culture fit and if you are flexible, because Oliver Wyman is always changing (in a good way).

I went through 2 interviews, 1 was a CV fit interview and the other was a case interview. Has a nice and interesting time with both, because the interviewers were nice and engaging.
