Really friendly & enjoyable interview process!! They got back to me quickly after I applied. I had a brief chat on the phone with the Assistant Manager and then was invited in for a second interview with the Manager + a mini-trial shift a few days later.
Standard questions, definitely lots of opportunity to speak about yourself/interests/skills etc. Ended up turning down the job as I'd already accepted another offer but would have been happy to work there otherwise!! (-:

Entretien
Telephone screening interview, followed by in-person interview with time spent on the shop floor. Telephone screening was positive and interviewer was very friendly, in-person interview was an extension of this, feeling welcomed and questions were as anticipated.

Really friendly and fun interview process. I was really nervous but the team made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The process was unique and so laid back that it hardly felt like an interview which eased my nerves.
