J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Olive en sept. 2021
Entretien
The process was fairly typical. An initial screen with an internal recruiter followed by an online coding assessment. After that was an initial interview with a manager one of the development teams then a second interview with a technical director.
After the process I was informed by the recruiter that they were making an offer and that I should watch for the written offer. After a couple days of seeing nothing, I reconnected with the recruiter who then informed me they had decided not to move forward because of "a change in the company's yearly plans". 🤷♂️

A leetcode easy problem, and a system design problem.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Olive (Columbus, OH) en sept. 2020
Entretien
Applied online. Recruited contacted me after about 2 weeks of applying. He took a couple of days between each email exchange which was very frustrating but it doesn't end there. He sent me an email with a take home assessment that I completed the same week. It took 3 follow up emails and 1.5 months from that point for him to get back to me. From that point, it was another two weeks to setup the interviews.
The people who interviewed me were genuinely good people. The final interview round was with two team members who asked interpersonal questions. I was not offered the job and the feedback given was utterly ridiculous. They made assumptions from whatever I said about working remotely and such - but never bothered to ask me the questions directly. After all that's the point of interviews right?
Overall it was a very negative experience because the who process didn't seem to care about the interviewee or their time.
