Very quick process.one phone screen, group panel, final decision. I had a phone call out of the blue, the HR asked if I was available to talk about the role . Then we talk for about an hour. After that , two days later I received an email invitation to come to their location the same week, a Friday.
I met two people, the Director, the senior Director.the HR was Also part of the interview panel.
The questions were intense, a lot of behavioral questions, few technicals. The following Tuesday I received an email saying they have chosen another candidate. I believe candidate number one. They interview everybody the same day. The onsite interview took an hour and half.
