Dug into past work experience, likes and dislikes, described role and explained the company dynamics. Each interviewer was very engaged and committed to helping to determine a mutual fit.

Entretien
Starts off with a phone screen with Human Resource recruiter. The phone screen is followed by an in person interview where you usually meet with a sales manager, finance manager and general manager. The interview is informal and mainly asks about previous experience and focused on whether personality type fit the role and fit the team.
