J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Rochester, NY) en août 2011
Entretien
In order to apply, I filled out an online form. The form took quite a long time and asked questions about honesty. Also, you had to answer questions about which picture you thought looked best - some were outfits, others were in-store displays. I was called in for an interview and the manager asked very basic question (what your strengths/weaknesses, talk about your past jobs, etc.) and then asked me how much I wanted to make. I felt like I was put on the spot so I just gave the first number I could think of (which was way less than many other people made I later found out) and he hired me on the spot.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Question 1
They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
