I think this was one of the most fun interviews I ever had. The initial interview was a group interview where you were given possible work scenarios and had to act them out along with being asked lots of personality questions in a game format. Lots of crazy silliness, but purposeful. It lasted several hours. Second interview was one on one with the manager and a little more traditional. We also had to fill out a personality and ethics sheet.
