Entretien
The whole process took about two months. I got a call from the regional HR manager asking for a FaceTime interview. The interview went well and a week later he asked if I could meet with a local terminal manager. After I meet with the terminal manager I had another FaceTime interview with the terminal and HR manager for the terminal I was applying for.

Overall from start to finish took about 2-3months to get an offer. Process is a bit long however it’s worth it. Once you make it to the 3rd interview out of 4 you most likely got the job. Last interview is with the Regional VPs
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Dominion Freight (Carlisle, PA) en oct. 2020

Four weeks after I applied I had a phone interview with the HR Manager. The interview lasted a little over an hour and asked basic questions you would expected in an interview. We also discussed the core responsibilities of the position and what expect in a abstract timeline. A week later I had an on-site interview with the terminal manager, which was more of just a tour of the terminal than an actual interview. The following I had a phone interview with the regional vp, to which he asked basic questions on what I can do for the company with this position. The last interview was with the COO. He was extremely laid back and reasonable to talk to. If he likes you, he will tell you immediately that he would love to see you get the position.
The whole process took around 2 months after I submitted the application and finished all the interviews to being offered the position.
