Title: Disorganized Hiring Process and Poor Communication
I applied for a position and waited nearly two months before receiving a phone screening. After that, I was scheduled for a Teams interview. The interviewer seemed rushed and mentioned that I would be contacted soon for next steps and training, possibly starting within a couple of weeks.
However, no contact information was provided, and after the interview there was complete silence. I followed up twice via email over the next few weeks and received no response at all.
This experience reflects a lack of organization and respect for candidates’ time. Clear communication and basic follow-up should be standard in any professional hiring process.
