The online application was an hour long process with a completed resume and letter of application. The online application does not allow enough storage to download a scanned copy of a transcript. The waiting time after the application is typical for anything government or committe. The position was open for one month and it took another month for any type of communication for this position. There were 49 applicants and I had to push my way into an interview. The interview process was two groups of senior developers interviewing me, then one on one with the manager. It took another three weeks to get an answer from them.
