Applied on line heard about 20 days later to interview virtually. First interview 20 minutes. No time for intros instead sent links to linkedin profile for me to see who was interviewing. Very transactional interview, general typical questions. Challenge, most proud of project, etc. Really no time to elaborate on questions. 2nd interview 8 days later again virtual. Included a Practicle Assessment Project. It was easy and odd because the project really was made up and not a real exercise in actual work. Only had 60 minutes for more interview questions which many where the same questions in the 20 minute interview present results of skill test and questions. Not alot of time. Very cordial communication. Was a finalist sent references, but dropped like a hot potato after not being selected. Turned out they hired someone with way less experience go figure.
