Online application process only. Calling will only help if you can find the HR representative that is responsible for screening. Interview Is by a panel, dress to impress and have relevant examples for the required skills and expertise desired in the job app. Also have a few examples ready for difficult experiences with dealing with customers and how the issue was brought to resolution. This department is definitely heavy on the public interaction.
