From my application to the interview it took less than 1 month, and my offer comes 1 day after my interview. I suppose this is efficiency (smile). I heard the Hong Kong Ogilvy has a rather high turnover rate, and I am looking for a long term job, I hope there is nothing too negative about the working environment! They are frank about the job condition including the Overtime work during peak months, and I am glad I got told that. I guess attitude is the most important factor here.
