I applied for a Vice President position last summer. Following a nice conversation with Mitra Bahramy in HR, I went to the office for two in-person meetings in quick succession and then never heard a thing again, despite repeated attempts at follow-up. I find this such to be such bad form for companies as they should at least send you a template response saying they went with another candidate, rather than leave you hanging.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ogilvy (New York, NY) en août 2015
Entretien
The interview was well-thought out. General questions about my experience, and brainstorming ideas for how I'd tackle current campaigns, etc. The hiring manager wanted to understand my background and philosophy for the work - how I'd apply that philosophy as a consultant there.
