Casual chat at first to get a sense for my culture fit and experience, response to brief thereafter which involved creative ideas, strategy and topline fee proposal. The second interview was a chance to show a well-rounded understanding of the industry and also presentation skills.

I was asked about my understanding and interest in social media campaigns and my favourite brands on social.
Tuve una entrevista telefónica donde preguntaron por mi experiencia, intereses, nivel de inglés, etc. A la semana concertaron una 2ª y última entrevista con el responsable de mi departamento, donde detallaron las funciones del puesto, así como las cuentas con las que trabajaría. A la hora me llamaron para comunicarme que había sido la persona seleccionada.

It’s a lengthy process and had multiple level of approval. It can take up to a month for the offer letter to be receives post interviews. First interview can be with an account manager and then with a VP.
