I Submitted application online in January.i received email weeks later to set up a phone interview.the interview was strictly ten behavioral questions and no other conversation.it lasted thirty minutes

Describe a time when you failed or made a mistake? What steps did you take afterward.
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
