for walk-in and online applications, you have to fill-up an application form and do a series of exam within the day. after the examination, preliminary interview will be done. if you are qualified they will call you up for final interview and a salary offer. salary can be negotiable. if both parties agrees then you will be sent for a medical exam to an agency. they should change this freakin medical agency as it is claims to be of international standard but clearly it is not.
