It was Ok, the interviewers were concise and also posted some of the questions in the MS Teams link. Questions and answers lasted for 1hr 15mins. it was a good experience

Tell me about a time when you have suggested an improvement to a process/procedure and why you suggested the change. Communicating and Influencing- Can you tell me about a time when you had to stick firm to your point of view while being challenged on it? Why were you in this situation? How did you defend your position and get your point across? Only one interview with three people via zoom, asked around four questions about, why you applying and then around managing projects, risks, conflicts,etc. Not too difficult and answered all questions. I found the individuals not warm seemed like they couldn't be bothered to be there. #justsaying

Zoom interview with two employees. They asked 7 questions. One was an intro question that wasn't marked, which was followed by 3 Behaviour questions and 3 Technical questions. They mark on a scale of 0-7 based on aptitude for each question, which relates to a specific behaviour or bit of technical knowledge. The two interviewers were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. It made the interview feel like it went really well but actually I only scored 3s and 4s, where you need at least straight 4s to get the job.
