the interview was a good experience. this was a group interview and we begun by going around talking about what we do. then we were asked to go into groups assigned to us and design a shoe and talk about why we made it that way. then we were asked in a groups to discuss what good customer service looks like. lasted around 20 minuets.
Very relaxed, more of a casual conversation. A chance to show your personality as well as professionalism. Should still come prepared and organised, don't be too laid back. Just wanting to get to know you on a more personal level

It was good and interesting chat about the work and what they had to offer I liked how there was different things to do everyday. It was very interesting to see how everyone got on with each other and made a huge impact on sales and putting away stock in the stockroom
