Entretien
It began with a phone interview that was more of a check to get a feel of who you are and brag about the company. There is then a cultural questionnaire where you answer a few questions about yourself before the interview. The first interview was with two people in the same position (AME), the first person I spoke to wasn't very responsive nor enthusiastic about talking to me, so I'm not really sure why he was there, but the second person was more insightful and actually seemed to want another AME on board. This interview was focused on your career aspirations and goals and how it aligns with The Odyssey. Then there is another interview with the Editorial Director, where they talk more about the specifics of the job, and how your skills align with the role. Besides the first person, the interviews all seemed to go well, but I guess I just wasn't what they were looking for.
