Professional company, with a strong leadership team. Research team well thought of.
Time spent in team development and career progression. Strong culture
Was quite some time ago, but mainly curiosity, ability to search and interpret information / analyze the market from different sources was important. I had interviews with all the stakeholders as it was important to see if I can fit in the team.
