4 technical discussions with different people.
All video discussions due to Covid.
Everyone in panel was mostly disinterested in hiring, in fact in second round the panel guy went on call twice.
All tried to justify they are highly qualified technical people.
Looks like questions mainly for mid level devs asked to every grade of interview.

Had 3 rounds, initial screening then a technical screenings but there were no technical rounds. They schedule interviews but get it rescheduled frequently and nothing happened. Not sure why they were doing it this way.

Different rounds on different days, Too many rounds including System Test. Fitment complicates the interview process. First they said one role then they say different role, Onsite round is over telephone instead of video call. F2F or Video call is always better.
