I found the Oddschecker interview process to be great! The initial phone screening was friendly and conversational. The interviewer asked about my experience and I was encouraged to ask about the company. The follow-up stage was a technical task. The task itself is very interesting and is fairly challenging. It took me a few hours to complete at home where I tried a few alternate approaches.
Once I submitted the task, I was invited to an onsite face-to-face interview where I met some of the developers and we discussed the task that I had submitted and I described the choices that I had made. Again, this interview was conversational and I enjoyed the discussion I was able to have. We also did a brief pair programming exercise where myself and a developer worked on a problem. It was a very natural way of working and the developer was very enthusiastic and encouraging.

Worst interview I ever had (and I had many many interviews). First was a phone call (technical questions) followed by an offline coding exercise to do at home (difficulty: average) and a final onsite interview ( a 45 min chat covering behavioral questions and a pair programming session. There were 2 guys in the final interview one was too arrogant, ironic, rude and not friendly. I am wondering how they let a guy like him to do an interview. Couldnt wait the time to leave this place. Also I didnt get any feedback which is pretty rude as I spend a day doing the coding exercise. Do not waste your time.
