The initial screening call was not particularly engaging, and I felt it could have done a better job of presenting the role and the company in a way that builds interest in the opportunity. However, the interview round itself was a very positive experience. I met a friendly QA colleague and had a great conversation about the role, the team, and the day-to-day work, which left me with a much better impression of the company.

The interview process was straightforward and friendly. The interview focused on esports knowledge, betting concepts, probability, and basic trading principles. I was asked questions about implied probability, odds calculation, esports formats, and how I would analyze esports matches.
