Very easy I was prepped by a recruiter which was really helpful as we went through some basic questions/answers and it gave me good confidence for the interview. The actual interview process was well managed and interesting as it involved a variety of tasks so I quite enjoyed it actually. Not to mention everyone was friendly and I had a laugh with the people I met along the way.

it was a really good process, one of the first times that i felt like i would be considered as a candidate, rather than being forgotten or my cv would be left in between the cracks

Entretien
Zuerst hatte ich einen Videocall, in dem ich mich vorstellen konnte. Das Gespräch dauerte etwa 30 Minuten und war sowohl freundlich als auch professionell gestaltet.
Wenige Tage später erhielt ich direkt die Einladung zu einem persönlichen Gespräch im Berliner Office. Dort bekam ich einen ersten Eindruck von einem der schönsten Büros der Stadt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und hätte am liebsten sofort losgelegt!

Entretien
The interview process was smooth and efficient. After applying for the role, I received a phone interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. During this, I introduced my background, discussed my skills, and explained how they were transferable to the role.
The next day, I was invited to an in-person assessment centre at the Brighton office. The team at Octopus was very welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. The assessment consisted of three main activities. Interview, group task and email task.
I had a one-on-one interview with two people who asked a mix of general and behavioural questions relating to customer service. The group task involved a couple candidates figuring out and determining which items were the most important in a hypothetical scenario which was most likely testing our decision making and reasoning process. Lastly, an email task where we had to create an email to follow up on a customer.
