I followed two steps of the Interview processes. One was the introductory talk about the company and chance to showcase your qualifications for the job. It was smooth and pleasant. The second process followed by a coding challenge to be solved and sent to them within a week. The description of the challenge file was not very precise and intact. In this stage I failed however I have done best practices for implementing the challenge. I also received the feedback from the company about my mistakes in the challenge which was not very satisfactory to me.

I recently had my first interview with Octopus Energy, and it was a positive experience. The recruiter was exceptionally friendly, making the interview feel more like a casual conversation aimed at getting to know me. During our discussion, it was mentioned that the company prefers candidates who can commit long-term. While I expressed my willingness to work with them for the long haul, I was informed that sponsorship is not available for all roles. Overall, the process was pleasant, and I appreciated the transparency regarding their sponsorship policies.
