Three stage interview:
Initial 1:1 phonecall with a recruiter, where we discussed my background and skills as well as the specifics of the job role.
Next I had an assessment, where I replied to sample customer emails using information from the company website - this was very useful as it's a further opportunity to research the company.
Finally I was invited to a 30 minute video interview with two members from the team I would be working in, where we discussed my background and transferrable skills as well as what I am specifically looking for in my employment.

Entretien
It was a very straightforward interview process.
An initial 30 minute call with HR to check compatibility with the role, in which I got informed that I passed on to the next stage.
The following stage was a written task to showcase research and customer service abilities. After passing the task, the final stage was an interview with two Team Leaders.
Everyone was very approachable throughout the process and made it a comfortable environment.

Entretien
Initial telephone screening then an interview over Google meets. Very informal interview style, was asked a lot of ‘ice breaker’ questions and then was told I didn’t get the job because I didn’t go into enough detail about my previous experience…. It’s quite hard to do that when 95% of the questions asked were along the lines of “if you were a superhero, what would your power be?”
