Entretien
I was very nervous when going in for my interview. I was quickly relieved when I entered the office and I was greeted by a pleasant woman, Keisha, who asked my name and explained that the manager would be right with me. I waited only a minute or two then was taken, by the Store Manager, Tom, to a room where he made me feel very relaxed so I was no longer nervous and the interview went very well. I was then asked if I could wait a little longer and meet with the Store Coordinator, Jason. Both Jason and Tom were very pleasant and the entire process went smoothly and I was very excited to join this Team and Family.
Overall the interview process at Ocean State Job Lot is not difficult. They will ask you about your prior work experience, and how well you work with others. They will also ask questions to get to know you as a person better.

Entretien
So i go in for an interview with the fairhaven store they finished my interview. Then another associate comes in and tells the manager they already hired someone for it so its an unavailable role. They were unorganized. Fallriver's store was much better! If you apply anywhere try Fall River, or the Dartmouth stores. Stay away from fairhaven and NEW BEDFORD.

-no drug tests by the way so anyone wondering that!
-they take a while to call back

Entretien
it was simple, the people and managers friendly. they ask you questions in relation to supervising experience. it was quick and simple, and the manager was extremely straightforward in the process of hiring.
